The Impact of Illuminating Demineralization
In this course, attendees will learn how early caries prevention and new technology can drive forward their practice and their patients’ perceptions. The attendee will gain a greater understanding of the early caries process, when they can start to visualize demineralization, what interventions can arrest the progress, and how to best ensure patient alignment. In a progressive dental practice, prevention can serve as a gateway to overall practice success by encouraging thorough patient diagnosis, actively halting the progress of dental disease, and enhancing the patient experience. The incorporation of preventive technology into the office digital workflow increases the ability to communicate internally and with patients. Follow the experiences of a leading cariologist and technologist in making early caries detection a critical component of the growing and successful dental practice.
